The North America Centre of Excellence primary location is in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario at 258 Queen St. East. CX Solutions' Bilingual Centre of Excellence is located in Montreal, Quebec 1155 Metcalfe Street, Suite #1500 and Ottawa, Ontario 222 Queen Street, Suite #1000.
All three communities support multiple languages and a variety of customer channels given the amount of local talent for both English and French-speaking languages.
