The North American Centre of Excellence is located in Northern Ontario, Canada in the city of Sault Ste. Marie. We support multiple languages and a variety of customer channels. Sault Ste. Marie is an advantageous location given the amount of local talent for both English and French-speaking languages.
We are in a unique position to be scalable in a short period of time with the right infrastructure and community partners in place to make our Centre a desirable option. The Sault Ste.
